Tony, He hasn't even put down a retainer for the legal defense. If the case tries in Chicago, he will probably get a LaSalle Street law firms that is nationwide to represent him. He will be looking 20K to start, probably 100K minimum if it goes smoothly. 300K is not unusual. I've seen companies spend over a million and still get a guilty verdict in federal court. It seems reasonable vs. jail, but it costs a fortune. As long as Tmex got money, there is no limit to our states' law firms to amass huge billable hours. Just let me know when trial is so I can watch it live.

Taking his money and getting him off the internet will be justice in my opinion. Just getting him off the net will be good enough if I had to settle though. So, then he has someone else represent him?
