Oracle is "pariah" because its chart has turned down, like many others. Did you think it would rise to the sky forever? The insiders sold because they knew it wasn't going to last, not because they were going to add a toolshed in their backyard. The interpretation is simple, it happens every year, or every other year. Get used to it!
