Winstar predominately has 38 GHz licenses but also bought certain markets in the 28 GHz LMDS auction including Chico, Modesto, Sacramento and San Francisco, CA as well as about 10 other markets at auction plus Winstar privately bought most of the A block in New York from Cellularvision nka SpeedUS.Com.

Bernard Levy, in LMDS offering by using ATM in the broadband wireless environment, effective bandwidth utilization can be accomplished by employing shared lanes, or radio access channels, using time division multiple access (TDMA), and dedicated lanes using frequency division multiple access (FDMA). Does the fact the wireless industry will migrate form TDAM to CDMA will have any impact on application on TDAM and FDMA in LMDS? Thanks in advance Zbyslaw
