I think the company is going out of busineess, no one has been answering their company phones or responding to emails.

Losses don't mean anything to me other than how much money I have in my account. this was in my IRA account and I cannot spend the money for seven more years.

I just heard that TSIS is going to have no earnings this year. Cameron is spending all the earnings on some company that has voice recognition.

But what is stupid about this acquisiton for $1.2 million dollars is that the company being bought does not own any perporpriety voice recognition software.

Voice recongntion software can be purchased for under $500 dollars - not 1.2 million.

After two years of owning TSIS I concldue it is a waste of my time and my money's time it still is not a reporting company; it will never get a naxdq listing without a reverse split, which means more stock price erosion.

So, I got out at a low of .29 - i figure after every gets the word that all the profits are being spent buying another companies stock - the stock value of tSIS will really hit bottom to .03 cents a share.

Get out while you can.

In the mean time I have shifted my invesment focus to key technology companies that are on George Gilders Telecosm recommend list. Every stock I have bought from his list has doubled this year. So, I am going from shit to silver.

best regards
