Robert,
I may just be the "village idiot" on this thread. I'm still buying as "new lows beget new lows" and "death spirals" take grip on the stock.
I have heard every kind of rumor imaginable in rationalization of the stock's decline. I am not hearing anything of substance from anyone.
Everyone is guessing, and Harken either doesn't know what is causing it, or can not divulge what is causing it.
I'm still betting on management. They are good people.

Its definely a value play. Below book and at current oil prices its trading at no more than 2xs this years domestic oil production revs.

Rod do you know the current outstanding share figure?
