looks like they procrastinated as long as possible to serve anybody for their SLAPP suit. <<motion to extend time through 1/12/00 to serve Defendants' with summons and complaint. No further extension of time to effectuate service will be granted absent another showing of good cause.>> Maybe proscratinating served their purpose ... they don't have anything resembling a good case, so why not postpone the inevitable defeat as long as possible?
