Rande Is: The one exception I would make to your list is PHCM. This is (IMO) a franchise stock which will derive a royalty from anyone using the WAP protocol over handheld wireless, in much the same manner Qualcomm derives a royalty from anyone using wireless with CDMA. They continue to forge intelligent alliances and their management seems to be hitting on all cylinders. Only negative is that it's quite fully valued; then again, virtually ANY top-tier internet stock is, anyway.
