TIER, I'm still holding some. It looks like many of the ones played here recently, still settling after the initial surge on volume, waiting for the story to recycle. It should broadcast it's move with volume. Could start tomorrow or still be several days. SBAS took a couple of weeks to kick back in, NTPL a little less... I liked the candle, crappy open, nice recovery even though the gain was minute. Remember in candlesticks it's the open/close differential that's significant. Settling near oversold on some momo indicators. I'm not guaranteeing a pop, just saying the stage is being set. Stan
