Hi Andy- Re: WHERE'S MY DELL?

>>I ordered a 600 mghrz desk top<<

First of all - a 600Mhz box could be a server. H*ell... even if you had a 200 Mhz with a network card and a cable modem the limitation is not on your end - it would be the crappy servers on SI- ala' Go2Net ala' Paul Allen (Without a doubt Vulcan has a corner on the Complete Crap Network)

>>It was supposed to ship today and they told me it would not ship until 1/13/00.<<

Why not cancel and buy a vanilla box from a local component assembly shop? DELL is after all nothing more than an assembly outsourcer for low priced Asian components. In fact, one has to ask why they should be publicly traded at all? Let alone trade over $1 a SHARE :)

Why not save a few bucks? After all 'ol Micky and the dirt bag accountants at Dell have no doubt counted your sale for the past quarter...yet they will missed the number anyway.

Cheers!
