Dan3 - <AMD should be able to supply about a third of the market with 12,000 employees. Intel will supply 2/3's of the market with 65,000 employees. There is more to being the low cost producer than die size.> Dan, Intel's business interests are much more diversified than AMD's. I'd bet you a lunch that when all is said and done, Intel's cost per wafer, including that of labor, is much cheaper than AMD's. Of course, I can't prove it, so feel free to fire when ready. IMO. PB
