Dear Kevin: Well the main reason that I do not see interest rates getting out of hand are two fold both having to do with overseas. If rates become too high USA will SUCK all the money from overseas to our shores severely damaging economies overseas (I dont think G. wants to see THAT again) and secondly much as they like to talk about it I seriously DOUBT we want to have TOO strong a dollar. Screws up our trade balance. So while raising rates is one way to slow growth (I refuse to use the I word cause its not here) it must be moderated with the other effects it causes. JDN
