Really? Then you disagree with this article claiming: "AMD broke ground for a $1.8 billion semiconductor and manufacturing plant and design center in Dresden, Germany. Construction starts in April 1997, and operations begin in late 1998." news.cnet.com. Here's another saying: "In any event, manufacturing will improve when the new facility in Dresden, Germany, becomes operational in late 1998. The facility will contain "mini-environments" within the clean room, he said. Test silicon should emerge from the factory in late 1998, with volume production following in 1999. " news.cnet.com. Please show me a link confirming your claim of "late 1999" EP
