Makamai, You make a good point. We must remember CRM is not a piece of software, it is a business process model. I would imagine the 60 days will be spent on drawing the lines of demarcation for the work to be done. Sideware should put most of their effort into Dr. Bean integration. This is also a great way to fund software versions. Several large contracts could fund the release of Dr. Bean 3.2+. The DSM capability of Dr. Bean should be very interesting to Bell Canada et al.
