PB re <<How many was that?>>

Don't know. My guess would putt the planed production at 3 million Coppermine this Q, I think they will be way short. I do know that there is big inventory of coppermine heat-sinks/spreader. Can you guess why? All I know is that they are rare and all the screwdriver shops are bitching about complete lack of coppermines. They never had that problems 3 WEEKS after a release let alone 9!!

I am going to bed now.

PB, <Mani - <The shortage is due to Intel not making as many as it had planned and promised.>

How many was that?>

"millions" -- Paul Otellini

2.5 to 3 million would be a normal launch -- PB

PB, P-m=Grrr Grrr>>>m Where P is the number promised, m is the number produced and Grrr is the number of aggravated clients who are now buying AMD. See it is simple.
