Very interesting - it may explain why over the last few months the broker where I am holding my Q stock would call me after each run up and caution me about all the money I had tied up in one stock. He was sincere and not trying to sell me something else. I distinctly got the feeling after each call that some rule (I thought of the brokerage house - SSB) required he do this. I now think he was acting in compliance with this Act or some derivative of it.
