PDX is a rising star outside hi tech Its stock price starts moving up. A very solid earning around $20m profit after tax. Market cap is less than $120m that translate P/E = 4. Floating is 5m, but someone short another 5m already. With short covering and long term investors buy back in. It will go much higher.
