How did you get the trademark on "AHEM!!!!"? Does it cover any number of exclamations points? What about lowercase? What are the barriers to entry? With no value chain or proprietary technology, I have to conclude it is a royalty play.

Youre absolutely right, Voop. And tekboy's gonna hear from my lawyers because I haven't recieved the first royalty check!!!!!!!!!!

The "Ahem" trademark is Merlin's. I used the notation because I didn't want to get into another IPR fracas... :0)

BTW, the "what's your point?" trademark is Frank's. "Harrumph harrumph" is mine.

The ".com" tag used to be a trademark of a certain person, who for some reason (unrefilled medication?) has recently decided to spew trash and bloat throughout G&K on a regular basis. (Some people can't seem to figure out when they're being asked to leave; maybe they're not as bright as they think they are.)

I myself came up with the "w.com" tag (that is, the unhyphenated version devised independently in Sweden years earlier, and which is totally different from that regular ".com" stuff). Litigation is pending, although apparently some guy named Dalglish claims rights to a "b.com" tag...
