Maybe we should change the name of the thread to ________________ VS VA TECH WHO WILL WIN THE ORANGE BOWL !! Bull Hockey about the ACC. Lets see how Fla. State would do against WVU, Syracuse, Miami, Boston College in 2000.( PITT too) A friend of mine told me last night he heard there was a chance Va Tech might play Perdue this year. The Big East made it's statement against the SEC this year. Look at Miami vs Ga Tech and UT against NEB. Oh, how about Alabama VS Mich. almost forgot that one--yet the SEC press is already starting to tout Alabama as a national contender next year, coming off a loss. They had the extra try for a PAT against Fla. and got a second chance, remember that...... poetic justice came through in the end...... I definitely have an attitude for all that say the Hokies and the Big East do not belong. I think we proved we did. After seeing the game the SEC and Big East officials have a lot in common and I'll say that was one big reason the Hokies hung so tuff. One holding call in the whole game. They let-um play the game !! I like that..keep the calls even and let-em play.
