*OT* Badon -- when the sec goes after a broerage, don't they usually announce the charges at the same time they announce some kind of consent decree and everything is all wrapped up in a neat package? I can't say for sure -- but I thought you were right. Here, however, they seem intent on making a very public example of him. It's a shame it's a civil matter -- there'd be no jail time. They'll do a cash-ectomy on him instead. (So will his lawyers!) What I'm very surprised at is that they didn't seek an injunction to shut down his site immediately.
