Glenhills Corp. Announces Acquisition of Millennium Multi Media.com


BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 2000--

Former Lucasfilm Ltd. CEO & President to Join Management
Team of New International Internet Entertainment Company

Glenhills Corp. (OTCBB:GLNC) announced today that the Company has
acquired Millennium Multi Media.com, a new Internet oriented digital
and traditional entertainment, real estate, technology, and
communications company.
Under terms of the agreement, Glenhills Corp. has acquired 100%
of the outstanding capital stock of Millennium Multi Media.
Millennium Multi Media is a content developer, provider and
distributor of filmed entertainment and technology including motion
pictures, television, home and cable programming, and recorded music.
Millenium will also engage in related entertainment mechandising of
licensed and self generated products and special direct response
marketing services through its Internet web site and through
traditional channels.
Joining the Millennium (MMM) management team will be Charles
Weber, the former CEO & President of Lucasfilm Ltd. For the past 20
years, Mr. Weber has been a successful key executive in the
Entertainment/ Communications Industry.
As President and CEO of George Lucas company, Mr. Weber was
responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, including
international operations, financing, negotiations, production,
licensing, merchandising, Industrial Light and Magic and THX. He was
also involved in the making of: The Empire Strikes Back, Raiders of
the Lost Ark, and More American Graffiti.
Currently, worldwide demand for U.S. entertainment is vigorous
and continues to grow at double digit rates domestically, and even
faster abroad. By utilizing the Internet and technology developments,
Millennium Multi-Media is positioning itself to be a leader in
providing consumers access to a wide variety of entertainment products
and services.
Glenhills Corp. will be changing its corporate name to Millennium
Multi Media.com and has applied to the NASD for a new trading symbol
that better reflects the Millennium name. Millennium Multi Media world
headquarters are located at 9301 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills
California.
