it sure does. as you stated, the dollar is setting lower lows and lower highs. I would like to see yest lows hold on the major indices. otherwise, NDX could go to 3200 easy. I'll buy more there and at 3000, if we get there. All totalled, I am about 25% cash and I am sorry to report that I am in more bonds that I should be at this point :-) My short puts are OTM (some more than others :-) and I am not (yet :-) concerned about them. The long term trend is still UP and I have seen nothing to say it won't continue that way. (as a matter of fact, the intermediate term trend is still UP)
