My guess is short covering...perhaps even a bit of a squeeze. Given the track record of this thing, I suppose it's possible that there could be an "informed" short covering squeeze if pending positive (legitimately so) news is being delayed to give certain parties a chance to cover. Even so, at this volume and price level, I'd think we'd be seeing an end to short covering pressure. If it keeps up, it's going to start looking like "accumulate at any price" event.
