There are few around with low debt, high cash, high earnings, and the prospect for huge future growth, relative to the rest of the market. Spuds, Speaking of high cash, is anyone concerned about the lawsuit by former infrastructure employees over vesting of options? I read somewhere that the potential loss to the Q could be in the order of a billion bucks. This would probably be paid in stock, rather than cash, I suppose. And, if paid in stock, we're looking at a dilution of less than 1%. Any thoughts? Regards, Mark
