EGL.T Company had problems with inventory (missing)....Stock fell out of grace with news and halted to resume with protection.They called in auditors and an audit was being done.Re-applied for protection from creditors and got it and then an extension.to March 31 for re-structuring.They have 2 plants in Ontario and one has not worked out and previous owners wanted to buy it back(weak point).Company has 4.2 million shares(42%tightly held with no insider selling) out and over 100 million in revenues with plants in Canada us and Germany.Business as usual accoirding to CFO.Interestingly their banker CIBC extended their line of credit while they were under protection of courts.Risky here but I am still holding.
