Re: The Interview - A couple more Important Points

Statement: The image (which I think erroneous) that is sometimes projected on message boards is of a company which cannot deliver on time and is a bad company in which to make contracts. This probably results from the Ocean Rig dispute which captures media attention. Q - How do you respond?

A - So much focus is placed now on Ocean Rig and the problems associated with it, what people tend to forget
is we have a long history of very successfully delivering
projects for practically the Who's Who in the off shore drilling industry. What people need to remember is this one project with Ocean Rig who is a brand new company with relatively inexperienced project management people if compared to Diamond Offshore, Noble Drilling and ENSCO. Those are projects we have in the yards right now
and those things are going fine. When we deal with experienced people we do great work. People should not get the impression that when bad things happen it is all our fault. It is not.

A comment regarding press releases: Using the Chinese vessel announced earlier by a sub-contractor as an example -We haven't announced it yet because as prime contractor we have to dot the 'i's and cross the 't's. We have to put a bond up for the project and we haven't secured the bond yet. This is expected to be announced very soon.
