GLNC Read the PR close. I Never have posted about a pink before, But this deal looks like something Much larger. They let the co go to the pinks to do the deal where few would see it, The deal is done now. There are 12 million shares out. That's all. I talked to PR co and the deal is done and all SEC papers will be filed to bring it back up to OTC:BB then make a play for the big board. Sound real??? Look at the players. IMO Anyone of these guys could take a .01 co and turn it to a $5 stock just by the power they have in the area that they work.( Joining the Millennium (MMM) management team will be Charles Weber, the former CEO & President of Lucasfilm Ltd. For the past 20 years, Mr. Weber has been a successful key executive in the Entertainment/ Communications Industry.) One of the Bigggest hitters in the game will run it. This stock at the .20-.50 range could have Major upside IMO. A long tern buy and hold IMO. With all the $$$ that we have been making I'm in for a few for the long haul on this one. Good Luck.
