I don't see that this article is "an interesting take" on Mr. Grandich. Who cares if he invested in a certain company which has certain insiders involved which are questionable? That certainly does not cast him in a bad light by any stretch of the imagination. I think his spelling errors in his news letters do more harm than this article.( I know, I have the same problem even after running some things through a spell checker) I think Peter has an understanding of the markets, he does have a following, and he was honest enough to tell me that UIC is not yet out of the woods but is now headed in the right direction. If he wished to hype the deal he would have told me it was a buy right now and I respect his approach in this. I am not a big fan of Peter or anyone else for that matter. I buy stocks and I don't even trust myself half the time. I question myself on everything. I think that is why I have done so well on the markets and continue to do so. Investing to me is like stepping into a knife fight in a back alley and you know someone is not going to make it out alive. It kind of summons every ounce of resource you can muster, and pushes your faculties and even subconscious intuition to a heightened state. I don't have time to look at UIC to see if things are getting any better, but I do not think we should be too critical of the new people who have the ability to make it happen. ontopequity.com
