Z.O: The claim that acquisitions are made because of product uniqueness is as old as history and is a Wall street favorite.

Deals are made for many reasons. History shows that the majority of Acquirers suffer more than the acquired in the long term.

I appreciate and agree that internal growth is far better to assess than growth by acquisition using inflated assets.
