If ipo in the first few weeks of this year is right then this is a very important piece of info that Eric leaked out casually but quite deliberately to us. I think the ipo process is going smoothly and they don't need Feb. to do it, they can push it up to end of Jan to do it. Maybe they put down feb before "just in case" but "just in case" is not required now. The market is very inefficient. There is usually a one day lag before the stock price move after the news is out.
