B: ELCOM.COM: elcom.com announces eBusiness partnership with ADP

JAN 6, 2000, M2 Communications - elcom.com, the wholly-owned
technology and eBusiness subsidiary of Elcom International, Inc.
(NASDAQ: ELCO) has entered into an agreement with Automatic Data
Processing, Inc. (NYSE: AUD) that will enable elcom.com's small to
medium-sized customers to easily access and use Automatic Data
Processing's ("ADP") services online. ADP is the world's leading
provider of integrated payroll, human resources, and benefits
administration services. ADP's EasyPay payroll services will be made
available via PECOS Internet Procurement Manager, elcom.com's remotely
hosted automated procurement system and on the elcom.com Starbuyer
Internet storefront.

"ADP is pleased to be partnering with elcom.com to bring our many
years of outsourcing expertise to the emerging eBusiness marketplace,"
commented Bud Angelus, President of ADP's Emerging Business Services
Division. "Our payroll and employer solutions can save businesses
significant time and money, eliminating the administrative burden and
allowing more time to focus on what they do best.

elcom.com's automated procurement system is a major solution for
procurement for companies, and we are pleased to have our payroll and
other eBusiness services become a part of it."

"We are very pleased to partner with ADP. Both elcom.com and ADP are
committed to leading edge technology solutions that provide businesses
with convenient, cost effective methods of addressing business needs
using eBusiness and Internet technology," said Bob Crowell, the
Chairman and CEO of elcom.com. "ADP's services will bring elcom.com's
automated procurement system clients a world class set of tools to more
efficiently run a vital and often costly and time-consuming aspect of
their businesses - payroll processing and all it entails, including tax
reporting and compliance. This will be an excellent augmentation to
PECOS Internet Procurement Manager's value-add proposition," stated Mr.
Crowell.

ADP's EasyPay service takes the work, hassles, and many of the risks
out of payroll processing. Once set up, elcom.com's clients simply
notify ADP by phone, fax, or PC interface of any changes in their
payroll.

ADP takes care of the rest. The service also calculates files and
deposits payroll taxes and prepares W-2 and 1099 forms. Additional
features include Total Tax Complete, Full Service Direct Deposit, Total
Pay, and Electronic Business Tax Services, among others.
