Bobby, the complacency is especially strange considering how some overseas markets have fared over the past few days...the HEX plunged almost 25% in 3 days, the Hang Seng 21%. these are not garden variety declines. while i still think the bubble may have another go at it once the current adjustment is over, a painful shake-out is way overdue. btw, my idea that we may see improving breadth coupled with weakness in the high-flying indices seems to be borne out over the past few days. looks like value will outperform for a while... hb
