Jim, 'm looking for a TA expert. The experts from the INTC and LSI thread seems to have blown it...no new high after 84.
If Intel breaks 80 how far will it fall?

How has the TA on LSI blown it? When she looked at it, Intel was in the low 80's, and she said support should be at ~80. We're not out of that realm yet, albeit barely.

Just checking on INTC and I think it looks fine. It should be headed higher, or sideways to higher, along with
SOX and semis in general. S/T downside on SOX is about 650, which is not much downside, and I find no
indication that it will test it here other than a small diamond that could reverse us down.........upside at the
moment is ~780, imho.

Remember when I mentioned INTC at ~50 on this thread? ....at the time it was looking like a good buy with
resistance at 64. Well, that did turn out to be a good buy, and it got through 64 and has since come back to test
the area twice. .....all in all a very healthy exercise. Support looks to be ~80 level now.

Looking for an entry point?

Tony

Jim, re: TA Analysis of Intel

After pouring over the chart, if it breaks 80, which it did, briefly, I think it will go down to $10., which is incidentally just below the average cost of my long term position.

I use the SOMP program for TA analysis.
