In spite of other concerns, the classic applet is an always welcome sight. Please, consider retaining its current format, setup, and options.

Thank you ..

Jay:

I have been a great supporter of QCharts, but since becoming your first paying member, I have NEVER seen your product trashed so often and so badly on other websites.

You are making a serious mistake by not responding to emails sent to your service desk. I know one very large investor who has sent a dozen emails, and received a dozen automated replies, but ... not ... one ... single real reply. Perhaps you need to rewrite that automated answer to folks ... say something like: "We'll get back to you sometime this century."

You have stated that the "00" and "01" problem would be resolved today. Index traders have been unable to access any meaningful premium measurements without that fix. It is a disaster.

Someone has their priorities messed up. Some Lycos employees deserve to single-handedly help balance those employment numbers that came out today.

QCharts needs to get its act together ... and fast!

Temple
