Barry, RE: I too wish they'd speak out more but this doesn't seem to be the week they can do it.


Pre-earnings quiet periods are company-imposed, not SEC imposed. If Intel has significant material information about the company, they can and should share this information with shareholders. If fact, if it is truly information that is contrary to past guidance, Intel is obligated to provide it to shareholders as soon as practicable, company quiet period or not.
