PB, it goes something like this....

If AMD can't meet all their orders it means AMD is doing great and the stock price should go through the roof.

If Intel can't meet all their orders it means Intel is doing terrible and the stock price deserves to fall through the floor.

The market doesn't understand the situation so AMD's stock price is way under valued.

The market fully understands the situation so Intel's stock price is exactly where it should be.
