PB, there were very strong rumors in Dec that GTW was going with AMD when suddenly Intel announced the 800 unexpectantly. Coincidently it seemed GTW's Athlon move was put on hold.

At that time Petz and I became suspicious....so we called Dell and GTW. While Dell couldn't get an 800 to you by early February; GTW could get it to you in a week. So we figured it was payback time for Intel's shorting GTW the 450-500 MHz chips during the Xmas season.

I guess you had to be there.
