I believe it is illegal to sell a stock on a USA exchange or any foreign exchange if that stock is traded on a canadian exchange. The only time I think you might get away with it, is if the canadian exchange is closed for the day. I really don't know why you would want to. The arbitrage traderes make sure that the markets are consistant within a tight price range.
