I agree Rande. This is time to buy techs, but big buyers aren't quite ready to come in. LU's warning is disappointing as I just bought a little. Otherwise though I made money today (somehow) it was a crummy day. Soon though the climate will change. I think we need the weekend to refresh peoples' confidence. Tuesday's sell-off still freaking people out too much. Nevertheless I think we are at or damn near a bottom on techs and the future looks stellar. By the way, BEBE never blasted through 22 and came back down. But it will have its days soon. Just too many other bargains today for buyers probably.
