CNBC advised us to sell techs and buy CAT and paper.

Actually that makes sense...we certainly want our cat to go on the paper :-)

Question for any "old timers" here that may have been in Cisco in 1994. There was a sharp 6-month downtrend that started in late Feb/early March that lasted a full 6 months. Does anyone know what caused this? Other than Dell there are no long-term charts that look as good as Cisco's to compare Qualcomm to. If there were a 6-month dip coming up I might be interested in trying to time it. If it can happen to Cisco 1994, it can happen to anybody, right?
