Bear flag is what the PlungeProtectionTeam likes to capture and stomp to death at the drop of a hat. -g- PPT = select govt group (well majority govt ... I think there are a few private sector guys there, too) to prop the market, among other things. One reason I believe we will never see the 10,20 or 30% halts hit.
