Joey, Tony, many retailers are as mad at CPQ as GTW is at Intel. The blame is being passed around...cpq blaming certain
component suppliers, suppliers saying its not their fault, etc. Return rates ABNORMALLY HIGH..I don't think we've heard the
last of this.

Holy Batman, I hope the US companies aren't opening the door for Japan Inc. and Asia, like we did in the 80s. Quality is what primarily did it back then.
