I feel faint! Are we in agreement? It is enought to make me change my position:-)

Actually, MSFT has enough technology and resources to offer things over the Internet that many cannot, it is their business model that is holding them back. In order to go pure Web-based, they have to cannibilize signigicant revenues. This is something even the bravest companies will not do until way after the writing is on the wall.
