Seems to me I have the same amount of disgust wrt the elderly that many do towards welfare recipients. Compared to the elderly financial gravy train in the US, welfare is a joke. But notice that not many conservatives are sympathetic towards welfare. Maybe they have some concern about growing old in a society where the younger demographic group hates them... of course they should have thought about that before they dropped capital gains to 20% while increasing stock options taxes and medicare so that only we would pay.
