hello chuzz,
may i ask what is it you saw in lu's cashflow and balance sheet: low cash flow in relation to gross revenues? in viewing cash flow, do you add back r&d expenditure, which implies that r&d is the main thing a tech company should be using cash flow for? lu certainly has excellent operating margins so what do you see is weak in lu's cash flow? i'm not disputing you, just asking how you analyzed it.
and what's the balance sheet weakness? too much debt? receivables too high a % of sales?
