You've got your -- and your employees' -- smiling faces to bring the customers back for more. There's the human element, which won't compensate for a whole lot but will at least get your customers back in the door.

For that matter, Amazon has no way of dropping the price a little bit if they see the customer heading for the door.

$137 for a 13" TV is pretty darn good.
