Gary, What? Name a start-up with a product after one round of financing in this space. EVERY single one of the start-ups in NE have taken 2 rounds. the VC's push the $$ on the companies before they deliver to increase their holdings. Brian

Any company in to two rounds of financing before having a product has got to be iffy

Sorry, Gary, but just the opposite is true. Every major com IPO this year had at least two rounds to develop product. Even the vast majority of pre-product acquisitions had raised two rounds. Anything different is an anomaly.
