Gary, 70 million is a boatload. Compare that to 22. Scmr also had a large sum. they were in round 3 before product was delivered. The timeframe also makes a difference. JNPR had 40 mil to play with for 2.5 years. The players in the NE are presently less than 2 years old in most cases.

Redstone, Castle, Prominet and Omnia were essentially herded into a second round within weeks in some cases of being taken out.
