Tony, re: Lucent - "Bad one, huh?" Yes. NASDAQ futures (though I don't put a lot of faith in them) are down 48. I thought we might get at least a dead cat bounce in tech tomorrow, with Lucent warning, now I doubt it. Everyone was selling the high PE's before, now they will be even more suspect. It's a shame because some PE's are almost justified by growth rates, CSCO comes to mind. But the Internets, with their unjustified valuations, may have ruined it for the super high EARNINGS growth/super high PE stocks. Anyway, I'll bet Intel recovers before the rest. John
