Jacob,
IMHO, you will never see 24 on RIG again. I sold my entire position a few months back at $35, very near the top. I figured I could buy back when 109 million new shares were issued. Well, that opportunity came earlier than I expected and I didn't buy. What I didn't plan on what the inclusion of RIG on S&P 500. I did miss a great opportunity to repurchase at 24 a few short weeks ago. I would begin purchasing again at $28 and chase it lower, which I don't believe will happen. RIG is a tremendous long term play.
