TFF,

I originally blew it off but it seems to be developing its own niche so I'm trying to understand how to play it (if I have the time <g>). One interesting observation is that after-hours seems more active after especially tough market days. I wonder if it's anything like beat up gamblers scraping together one last stake to try to turn around a losing streak.

One advantage, I think, is that the pool of ISLD etc traders is much less sophisticated than the regular mix of MMs and ECNs. The small order size reflects the massive retail participation.

There should be good ways to prey at the edges of the herd, so to speak. I've taken to watching the charts on the very active ones right after the market closes to see if the trends are any more predictable. At the least, fishing out of the inside market and flipping fills fast may have some promise.

Things will certainly change if we move to a common market with INCA. The institutions will use that as their MM proxy and control the moves through sheer size.
